Every GTA 6 claim this site tracks, with its status, its source and the date it was checked. The page that replaces rumour round-ups.
How to read this table
Each row is one claim. Confirmed means it appears on Rockstar's GTA VI page or a cited reference. Not announced means the source is silent — it is not a denial.
| Claim | Status | Source | Checked |
|---|---|---|---|
| Release date is November 19, 2026 | Confirmed | Rockstar GTA VI page | 2026-10-25 |
| Launch platforms are PS5 and Xbox Series X|S | Confirmed | Rockstar GTA VI page | 2026-10-25 |
| Leads are Jason and Lucia | Confirmed | Rockstar GTA VI page | 2026-10-25 |

| Online mode details | Not announced | Official page does not describe one | 2026-10-25 |
| Map size, mission count, price | Not announced | No official figures published | 2026-10-25 |
Rows marked Not announced stay that way until an official source publishes something.

Why not announced is a useful answer
Most GTA 6 questions are not answered by a fact but by an absence: is there a PC version, how big is the map, how many missions, is there an online mode. A wiki that fills those gaps with guesses is worse than one that says nothing.
Saying not announced is also what lets you filter search results: if an article claims a map size but no such line exists on Rockstar's page, the article is inventing or repeating a leak.

Claims we deliberately do not track
Leaks, datamined assets, anonymous insider posts and unverifiable stories are excluded by policy. Not because they are always wrong, but because they cannot be checked, and this site's only asset is that every line can be traced.
If a leak later becomes official, it enters the table then — with the official source, not the leak.

How to spot a fake GTA 6 story
Three checks catch almost everything. First, does the article link to Rockstar's GTA VI page or a store listing? If the only source is another article, it is a rumour chain. Second, does it have a date? GTA 6 claims get recycled for years, and undated posts are usually old ones. Third, does it claim a number — map size, mission count, frame rate, price — that does not appear on the official page? Numbers are the easiest thing to invent and the easiest to check.
Anything that fails two of the three is not worth your time.
